Job Title: Generative AI Lead Developer

Location: Hyderabad, Noida, Bangalore, Chennai

Level: E2

• Design, development, and implementation of generative AI models and Agentic automation solutions on Public cloud or On-premise.
• Work closely with architects and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the development of Gen AI solutions using Python and Agentic AI.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices and standards are followed.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing, and incorporate them into the development process.
• Drive innovation by exploring and evaluating new Gen AI technologies, Agentic AI & related areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models on popular LLM platforms like GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral.
• Hands on experience in building Agentic automation solution leveraging frameworks like Langchain. Langgraph, Crew AI, Autogen etc
• Hands on experience in Vector databases and different RAG frameworks
• Strong prompt engineering skills and a thorough understanding of prompt engineering techniques
• Hands on experience in deploying security guard rails for Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions
• Hands on experience in building solutions that are deployed in production
• Experience in deploying Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions compliant to Responsible AI principles
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing techniques.
• Strong Proficiency in Python and experience in building and deploying Gen AI solutions and Agentic frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in Gen AI or AI is highly desirable.
