Greetings!

This year Godrej Capital are keen to offer a lateral role to students who would be passing out in 2025 batch in fulltime MBA with Human Resources (HR) specialization. They are also open to consider Alumni students that have passed out in 2024 or 2023 in the fulltime MBA - HR specialization.

The students who intend to pursue a long-term career in the field of HR with an established organisation like Godrej Capital shall ONLY apply.

• Role Designation: Senior Executive - HR
• Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
• Language: Gujarati (Preferred, not mandatory)
• CTC: INR 10.0 LPA
• MBA course CGPA/Percentage requirement: 7.0 or 70% and above only (Mandatory)
