
Knowledge of Grafana, ELK, EFK, Prometheus, Kafka, and other relevant technologies
Knowledge of Mobile Money/ e-Wallet/ Prepaid recharge/ credit card payment solutions etc. Any support experience on these applications will be preferred.
Knowledge of kubernative and micro microservices
Knowledge of Oracle (PL/SQL & Admin), Postgres DB, JDK/ JRE, Linux (RHEL/OEL), Tomcat and/or other Web Application Servers
Ensuring proper categorization, update and closer of cases within defined SLA.
Doing root cause analysis and creating 5 Why based RCA documents.
Make configuration changes or apply patches to meet customer requirements or resolve complaints.
Creating activity document/ MOPs for planned activities.
Good team player.
Strong written/verbal communication/ coordination skills.
Positive and flexible attitude with readiness to work in 24x7 shifts.
Excellent working familiarity with NMS tools like Nagios , Ticketing tools and MS Excel.
A Self starter – must be productive with minimal direction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment
