Job Description:

We are seeking a Research Assistant to engage with multiple stakeholders in the healthcare industry. This hybrid role involves conducting workshops and interviews, documenting insights, and ensuring alignment between stakeholder needs, product vision, and strategic goals. You will also assess the functionality of existing healthcare software applications and evaluate how AI-generated outputs cater to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct workshops and interviews with healthcare industry stakeholders.

- Document insights and ensure alignment with product vision and strategic goals.

- Evaluate the functionality of existing healthcare software applications.

- Assess AI-generated outputs to meet the needs of various stakeholders.

- Contribute to a democratic work culture with a focus on professionalism.

Requirements:

- Strong humanitarian perspective and ability to bridge technical solutions with real human needs.

- Critical assessment skills from a real-world standpoint.

- Technical expertise is valuable but not the primary focus.

- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time, with a minimum commitment of 4–5 hours per day.

- Availability for at least two to three months, starting from mid-April until the end of June.
