Mandatory Criteria
15+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand building and digital marketing.
Candidate must be having experience in handling entire Brand Marketing on a large scale - Mandatory
Need Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Need local candidate from Mumbai and near by location.
Candidate should be from Media, advertisement or Entertainment industry only.
Candidate must have experience in making Brand Strategies (like Brand Repositioning, Brand Positioning,Brand Awareness Strategy & Brand Innovation Strategy etc.)
Ability to develop and execute successful Marketing Campaigns across multiple channels.
Deep understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing).
Experience managing relationships with external agencies and partners.
Proficiency in marketing technology tools and social media platforms.

- Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Lead AOP planning and execution to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that drive audience engagement and revenue growth.
- Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Develop and oversee digital marketing initiatives with a strong focus on social media marketing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness, engagement, and community.
- Drive content creation efforts across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Stay updated on the latest digital products and solutions to leverage for brand growth
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, programming, solutions) to ensure brand consistency and achieve shared goals.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to provide data-driven recommendations for brand positioning and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Programming, Sales, Digital, and Marketing to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment
- Oversee the creation and management of marketing collateral, social media content, and promotional materials while maintaining brand guidelines
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand building and digital marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Deep understanding of brand building, marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and the digital media landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in 1 marketing technology tools and social media platforms.
