About the Role:

We are looking for a Generative AI Developer to join our team and work on cutting-edge AI applications. If you have experience in developing and fine-tuning generative AI models, working with diffusion models, and deploying AI-powered applications, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and fine-tune generative AI models, including proprietary and diffusion-based models.
• Implement and optimize Stable Diffusion techniques (Img2Img, inpainting, extensions).
• Utilize advanced finetuning methods like DreamBooth, ControlNet, IP Adapters, LoRA datasets.
• Design and develop AI-powered applications using ComfyUI and GUI-based tools.
• Create workflows and integrate AI models into full-stack applications.
• Work with APIs to build AI-powered UI components.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Langchain & LlamaIndex.
• Utilize vector databases to enhance LLM memory and retrieval efficiency.
• Fine-tune and deploy LLMs using MLOps best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, including Stable Diffusion and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with Playground AI, Midjourney, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Experience with AI model deployment, API integration, and UI development.
• Familiarity with AI Agents like Autogen, CrewAI, and AssistantAPIs.
• Knowledge of vector databases and LLM memory management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Prior work in AI application development and full-stack AI solutions.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or research.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation Stream: CS/IT/ECE/EEE
• Academic Percentage: 60% and above
• Batch: 2023-2025
• CTC:
• Freshers (with relevant internship experience): 6-8 LPA
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience: Up to 15 LPA
