About the Role:

Meragi is seeking a Legal Recovery & Dispute Resolution Specialist to manage outstanding wedding/event dues and handle legal disputes on behalf of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, negotiation skills, and experience in debt recovery, dispute resolution, and litigation. This role requires a proactive approach in handling delinquent accounts while also managing legal challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to recover outstanding dues for weddings/events through legal and strategic means.

- Handle legal disputes related to payments, contracts, and service agreements.

- Draft and send legal notices to defaulters and represent the company in legal proceedings if required.

- Negotiate settlements with clients while ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.

- Provide legal advice on dispute resolution and debt recovery strategies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to track unpaid accounts, assess risks, and take appropriate legal action.

- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all recovery processes.

Requirements:

-Only Male Candidates are required.

-Preferred: Ex-Policeman or Lawyer

Experience :

- 5+ years in legal, dispute resolution, contract law, or litigation.

- Strong understanding of contract enforcement, debt recovery laws, and legal notices.

- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to handle legal disputes and represent the company in legal matters.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
