Job Summary:-
The Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales associates and lead efforts to achieve sales targets within an assigned territory or market segment. This role involves executing sales strategies, managing day-to-day sales operations, and building strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:-
● Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals for the assigned region or market segment.
● Manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
● Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and other channels.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and materials that support sales objectives.
● Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Requirements:-
● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
● Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
