Description

Role Summary:

The Sales Associate will focus on building relationships with potential and existing clients to achieve sales targets. The role involves identifying client needs, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.


Key Responsibilities:

● Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs.

● Present and demonstrate company products/services effectively to clients.

● Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.

● Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

● Track sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.


Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

● 1-3 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles.

● Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.


Key Performance Indicators:

● Revenue generated through new and existing clients.

● Client retention and satisfaction scores.

● Number of deals closed and pipeline management efficiency.
