Job Title: Sr. Tech Lead

About the Job

 

You will be part of the team responsible for building MobiLytix Rewards, a cloud native B2B Loyalty Management SaaS platform. In this role, you will:
● Collaborate with multiple teams:
○ Work with the product engineering team on requirements.
○ Coordinate with the tech ops/support team for debugging and triaging customer issues.
○ Partner with the devops team on any product issues requiring application fixes.
● Mentor junior developers:
○ Guide them in adopting best practices for MERN stack development and DevOps.
● Ensure production stability:
○ Work closely with the team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
● Ensure application quality:
○ Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.
● Participate in code reviews:
○ Provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and long-term maintainability.
● Work environment:
○ The team is based at Bengaluru Comviva office in Yelahanka.

Skills
Mandatory Skills
● JavaScript: Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer with a strong background in building web applications.
○ Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, React, Node.js, Type Script and Express.js.
○ Experience with component libraries like Ant Design, Material UI, or similar in React.
○ Working experience with frameworks like Feathers.js or similar
● Database Systems: Strong knowledge of databases like Postgres, Cassandra, and BigQuery.
● Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git.
● CI/CD: Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
○ Experience with tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI for deploying containerized applications.
● Cloud Services: Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and EKS.
● Microservices: Understanding of microservices architecture and implementation using Docker and Kubernetes.
● Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack. Mandatory for I6, nice to have for I5.
● Data Pipelines: Expertise in designing and building data pipelines using tools like Apache NiFi or similar.
○ Experience in integrating and orchestrating data workflows within containerized environments.
○ Knowledge of data transformation, enrichment, and aggregation processes.
● Data Pipeline Design: Expertise in building and orchestrating data pipelines, particularly in containerized environments.
