Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing & Relationship Management:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
● Understand clients' vision, preferences, and expectations to deliver a personalized experience.
● Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, manage changes, and address concerns.
● Build lasting relationships through professionalism, trust, and excellent customer service.
Wedding Planning & Design:
● Develop comprehensive wedding plans, including themes, timelines, and budgets.
● Curate unique concepts tailored to clients’ desires, covering decor, venues, and guest experiences.
● Create detailed itineraries, checklists, and contingency plans for smooth event execution.
● Stay updated on the latest wedding trends, venues, and design ideas to offer innovative solutions.
Logistics & Execution:
● Oversee end-to-end wedding coordination, ensuring each event unfolds flawlessly.
● Manage logistics, including guest travel, accommodation, transportation, and vendor coordination for destination weddings.
● Supervise all on-site operations during events, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
● Coordinate rehearsals, ceremonies, receptions, and other wedding-related events.
Vendor Management:
● Identify, negotiate, and collaborate with reliable vendors (caterers, photographers, decorators, etc.).
● Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality services and smooth coordination.
● Review contracts, manage payments, and oversee deliverables.
Budgeting & Financial Management:
● Develop detailed budgets for weddings ranging from ₹50 lakh to ₹5 crore.
● Monitor expenses, track payments, and ensure projects stay within budget.
● Provide cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Problem-Solving & Crisis Management:
● Anticipate potential issues and prepare contingency plans.
● Address on-the-spot challenges calmly and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
● Maintain composure under pressure, ensuring the event remains stress-free for the client.
Requirements:
Experience:
○ Minimum 5-7 years experience in wedding planning and execution, including international and high-budget events.
○ Proven experience handling weddings ranging from ₹50 lakh to ₹5 crore.
Skills:
○ Strong client servicing and communication skills.
○ Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
○ Attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
○ Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle pressure gracefully.
Knowledge:
