Taqeef Middle East is looking for the following individuals

Designation: Showroom Representative

Stipend: 10,000 - 12,000

Role Purpose:

·        Learn about the different functional areas within the company e.g. engineering, operations, sales, and other support functions.

·        Develop a strong knowledge of the product line up, key competitors within the HVAC industry, and main customers.

·        Develop a strong knowledge of the sales process for various sales channels.

Key Accountabilities:

·        Learn about the different functional areas within the company e.g. engineering, operations, sales, and other support functions.

·        Develop a strong knowledge of information/communication flow through the organization within different functional areas.

·        Document, draft, and develop material assigned during the program.

·        Develop relationships with various departments and managers.

·        Responsible for documenting processes, creating presentations, and delivering presentations in a team environment within the framework of strict deadlines.

·        Acquire the necessary technical and professional skills that are needed to be successful.

·        Learn, actively participate in the training curriculum and complete assignments (tours, presentations, projects, and deliverables) in due time.

·        Develop a strong knowledge of product line up, key competitors within the HVAC industry, and primary customers.

·        Develop a strong knowledge of the sales process for various sales channels.

·        Perform other tasks as directed by Line Manager/Key managers at the company throughout the program.

·        Follow and comply with company policies and procedures in performing responsibilities.

·        Maintain and promote a team spirit among all team members.

Qualifications:

·        BSc in Mechanical Engineering field.

·        0-1 years of experience in sales or customer service field.

·        Good knowledge of mechanical basics.

·        Excellent presentation and communication skills.

·        Ability to build a relationship with customers.

·        Negotiation and persuasiveness skills.

·        Fluent English, Arabic is required.

·        Proficient MS Office Skills.

·        Valid UAE driving license.
