Taqeef Middle East is looking for the following individuals

Designation: Showroom Representative

Stipend: 8,000 - 10,000

Key Accountabilities:

·        Responsible for day-to-day showroom activities and achievement of the monthly targets. 

·        Liaise with a wide range of customers, including End-Users, homeowners, and small AC Workshops, to promote Taqeef products. 

·        Use product knowledge to assist customers with product selection. 

·        Provide customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained. 

·        Respond to customer inquiries and use effective techniques to handle complaints promptly.  

·        Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers. 

·        Work closely with Operations and Warehouse to ensure customer's orders timely delivery.  

·        Maintain a high level of showroom standards and product display. 

·        Process orders and collect payments from customers. 

Qualifications:

·        BSc in the relevant field. 

·        2+ years of retail sales experience within the retail segment. 

·        Solid knowledge of AC products and competitors is an advantage.  

·        Excellent negotiation and customer service skills. 

·        Demonstrate the ability to achieve sales results. 

·        Demonstrate a positive attitude and teamwork. 

·        Solid business acumen skills. 

·        Fluent English, and Arabic is a must.
