Here are the qualifications:

1. 5+ years in enterprise software product management

2. Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, and problem-solving with AI-powered tools

3. Expertise in GRC products and industry knowledge for non-financial risk management (e.g., IT-Risk, Op-Risk, Compliance management)

4. Ability to make trade-off decisions between feasibility and desirability

5. Familiarity with agile development, collaborating with developers, UX, Sales, etc.

6. Experience with geographically distributed teams spread across time zones

7. Skilled in gathering product requirements and creating product roadmaps

8. Strong customer focus with a history of building relationships and delivering solutions

9. Excellent written communication, simplifying complex issues

10. Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments
