Job Title: Junior Regression Tools Engineer

Synopsys is looking for a Junior Regression Tools Engineer to join our team. This role involves understanding and applying regression analysis tools, writing and executing unit test cases, and ensuring the optimal performance of our tools. You will work closely with our team to identify, debug, and fix issues, as well as monitor tool performance through key performance indicators (KPIs). Our team focuses on innovation, efficiency, and customer experience

Responsibilities

-     Understand and apply regression analysis tools for data interpretation.

-     Specialize in writing and executing unit test cases to ensure tool functionality.

-     Identify, debug, and fix tool issues to maintain optimal performance.

-     Monitor tool performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily basis.

-     Collaborate with the team to understand tool requirements and improvements.

-     Document and report findings for team review.

Key Qualifications

-     Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

-     0-2 years of experience in a related role.

-     Strong Python skills.

-     Basic understanding of regression tools.

-     Experience or familiarity with unit testing, debugging, and bug fixes.

-     Familiarity with KPIs and performance monitoring.

-     Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

-     Attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

-     Excellent troubleshooting skills.

-     Creative problem-solving abilities.

-     Experience with automation tools and scripting.

-     Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

-     Knowledge of software development best practices.

-     Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
