I am pleased to announce a vacancy at ACTREC, Tata Memorial center (Hospital cum research academic institute). Vacancy is of Computational Biology/ Bioinformatics willing to work on NGS based projects primarily working in field on Hematology.

Requirements:

Graduate degree in Computer Programmer / Database administrator / Biotech / Bioinformatics / Computational Biology from recognized university with minimum 2 years’ experience in analysis of next generation sequencing data (long read or short read). Expertise in python coding and linux environments mandatory. Experience in cancer genomics is desirable.
