1. Proven experience as an experiential solutions provider in a creative capacity with a large or mid-size event and activation company or within the experiential marketing team of a prominent media organization

2. Proactively look at creating opportunities for revenue generation by identifying potential areas for growth, and applying innovative thinking

3. Develop, utilize, and implement regional and local brand solutions to empower sales teams in presenting clients with comprehensive, multi-dimensional media offerings.

4. Accompanying sales teams for client pitches and clearly articulating concept/ solution in a manner that interests the partners

5. Understanding clients’ business objectives, marketing challenges, sales cycles, and marketing goals (short, medium, and long-term)

6. Interpreting briefs from clients and their media marketing/ activation teams

7. Develop comprehensive 360-degree solutions with a focus on on-ground activation through BIG FM platforms, ensuring alignment with brand marketing objectives and goals.

8. Collaborate with creative designers to develop visuals and mock-ups that effectively illustrate the scale and execution of the concept.
