Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Lead Salesforce Developer with 4-5 years of experience to drive our Salesforce implementation, aligning it with the company’s growth objectives and business goals. This role demands a professional adept at managing end-to-end Salesforce solutions, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Salesforce Roadmap: Establish and implement a clear vision for Salesforce, aligned with business goals, focusing on scalability and optimization strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison among business stakeholders, technical teams, and management, ensuring Salesforce initiatives support overall objectives.
• Project Planning and Execution: Lead planning, prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, set deadlines, and monitor progress of Salesforce-related projects.
• Technical Design and Development: Design and develop complex Salesforce components, including Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), custom Flows, and Process Builders.
• System Integration: Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using middleware and API tools.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior Salesforce developers and administrators, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
• User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions, provide end-user support, and create documentation to enhance Salesforce utilization.
• Innovation and Scalability: Stay updated on new Salesforce features, develop proofs of concept (POCs), and drive innovative solutions to add business value.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with security standards, roles, profiles, and regulatory requirements, maintaining system security and data integrity

Qualifications: 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and governance best practices is essential.
