Role & Responsibilities

• Ability to validate functionality, design, and content against documented test plans/test processes and protocals. This includes, but is notlimited to testing
• Rendering across device, OS, browser/email clients
• Reviewing alt and title tags in HTML
• Reviewing links are active and direct to the correct location
• Review URL redirect behavior across different browsers/devices and identify the error and report them in clear manner to producersand developers
• Review digital experiences is as expected (e.g. dynamic content business rules are correct)
• Review content and copy accuracy to match brand guidelines
• Proficient in email rendering tools, Litmus and Email on Acid
• Basic knowledge of Email Service Provider/Marketing Automation platforms
• Basic understanding of URL redirects and query string/tracking parameters
• Basic HTML experience
• Basic knowledge of real-time content modules platforms like LiveClicker or MovableInk to QA modules hosted by these platforms
• Maintain, refine and continuously improve QA documentation and workflow processes
• Clear and active communicator (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of email best practices
• QA test prior to interview is mandatory

Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 5 to 8 years as a Senior Analyst, with at least 2+ years of relevant Email QC experience in service-based companies.
• Location: Bengaluru only.
• Email template testing for functionality across multiple platforms (no design, just testing).
• Proficiency in tools like Litmus and Mail on Acid.
• Expertise in Spam Testing and basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
• Notice Period: Maximum of 30 to 60 days.
