Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and refine AI prompts: Create, test, and iterate on prompts to generate high-quality content aligned with our brand voice, tone, and messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with content creators, brand managers, and communications specialists to understand their needs and translate them into effective prompts.
• Optimize prompt performance: Analyse prompt performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and refine prompts accordingly to enhance content quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated on AI advancements: Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, natural language processing, and generative models to explore new opportunities for content creation.
• Ensure brand consistency: Develop prompts that consistently align with our brand identity and guidelines across various content formats.
• Experiment with AI-driven content formats: Explore innovative ways to leverage AI for content creation, such as blog posts, social media content, press releases, and internal communications.
• Contribute to content strategy: Provide insights and recommendations based on AI- generated content performance to inform overall content strategy.
• Manage prompt engineering projects: Oversee prompt development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Adhere to ethical AI practices: Prioritise responsible AI use by ensuring prompts and generated content align with ethical guidelines and avoid biases.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in prompt engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing, machine learning, and AI models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Deep understanding of brand development and messaging.
• Proficiency in content creation and editing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, GPT-4).
• A passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Project management skills to oversee prompt development initiatives.
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles and practices.
