Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong understanding of sustainability, supply chain traceability, and regulatory frameworks in the textiles and apparel industry. In this role, you will work closely with industry stakeholders, including the Expert Working Group (EU), Joint Research Centre (JRC), and other key organizations, to design and implement tailored DPP solutions. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical development to deliver impactful solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and industry stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for DPP solutions.
• Work closely with the EU Expert Working Group, JRC, and other regulatory bodies to stay updated on compliance standards and integrate them into Tongadive's offerings.
• Conduct in-depth research on fashion brands to understand their specific needs, sustainability goals, and compliance requirements for DPP implementation.
• Research on Support the design and development of user-friendly, scalable DPP platforms tailored to the textiles and apparel industry.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Support the design and development of DPP tailored to the textiles and apparel industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, traceability, and circular economy concepts.
• Knowledge of EU regulations and frameworks, including DPP and sustainability compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results.
