Job Description

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution Define project scope goals and deliverables Develop detailed work plans schedules project estimates resource plans and status reports

Performance Testing Management Oversee the design development and execution of performance tests to ensure systems meet performance standards and business requirements

Team Leadership Lead project teams providing direction and support to ensure project objectives are met Foster a collaborative and productive team environment

Stakeholder Communication Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction

Risk Management Identify potential risks and issues that could affect project outcomes and develop mitigation strategies

Process Improvement Continuously evaluate project processes and performance testing methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement

Technical Skills Strong understanding of performance testing tools Jmeter Blazemeter and techniques Monitoring tools Splunk proficiency in project management software and knowledge of software development life cycle

Qualifications

Experience Minimum of 1012 years of experience in project management and performance testing Engineering

Technical Skills Strong understanding of performance testing tools Jmeter Blazemeter and techniques Monitoring tools Splunk proficiency in project management software and knowledge of software development life cycle

Skills

Performance Testing -Emerging Tools (K6,Gatling), Performance Testing -Execution (Baseline, Load, Endurance, Stress, Volume,Network, DR, Failover, Spike, Saas based/COTS), Performance Testing -NFR Gathering (Log Analyis, User Interview, Reverse Engineering, NFR Documentation), Performance Testing -Performance Engineering, Performance Testing -Planning (Strategy, Approach, Estimation, Workload Modeling, Risk and Issue Management)
