1. Should have 14+ yrs experience in VisionPLUS application development or maintenance and knowledge of any 2 major modules CMS/FAS/TRAMS etc.
2. Expertise in integration of new scheme networks like Rupay etc.
3. Should be aware of concept of tokenization, 3d secure transactions. In depth understanding of cards life cycle (Originations , Settlements and posting )
4. Should have strong domain knowledge of cards and payments.
5. Should have experience in leading the design and architecture of VisionPLUS solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security align with business requirements.
6. Should be able to Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.
7. Should Supervise the integration of VisionPLUS with other systems and manage data migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and data integrity.
8. Ability to Identify and implement performance improvements in VisionPLUS applications, focusing on optimizing system efficiency and user experience.
9. Should Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
10. Should Ensure that all VisionPLUS implementations comply with industry standards and security protocols, including data encryption and secure access controls.
11. Should Develop comprehensive documentation for system architecture and processes and provide training and support to team members and end-users.
