Role Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate AIML Engineer to join the AI foundry program to contribute to the development and deployment of ML models for AI use cases across the platform The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining robust scalable and efficient ML models using Python and other supporting technologies including Cloud Run SQL GCP and Vertex AI

Essential Responsibilities

1Design develop and deploy machine learning models using predictive analytics in Python Tensorflow Pytorch etc

2Collaborate with crossfunctional teams eg product engineering data science to define and refine business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

3Conduct thorough data analysis feature engineering and model selection to ensure optimal model performance

4Develop and maintain robust and scalable machine learning pipelines

5Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms for realtime and batch processing

6Keep up with the latest advancements in AIML and explore new technologies and frameworks

7Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices for AIML development

8Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and presentations

The experience we are looking to add to our team

Leadership role where the candidate will work as a Technical LeadArchitect

19Yrs years of experience in application development with strong experience in Python development with NumPy Pandas Scikit learn packages

2Strong understanding of and experience working with machine learning algorithms including supervised unsupervised and reinforcement learning

3Strong understanding of and experience working with deep learning algorithms such as CNNs RNNs MLPs Feed forward Neural Networks etc including supervised unsupervised and reinforcement learning

4Proficiency in Python and experience with popular machine learning libraries like TensorFlow PyTorch Scikitlearn etc

5Experience with any public cloud platforms

6Familiarity with Cloud Run SQL and other GCP or other equivalent cloud services will be a plus

7Experience with Vertex AI or other AIML platforms is a plus

8Strong understanding of data structures algorithms and software design principles

9Good communication and articulation skills

10Healthcare background knowledge is a plus

11Passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems
