Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and optimize our decision intelligence platform. You will be a crucial part of a dynamic team, working on scalable systems, intuitive user interfaces, and cutting-edge experimentation tools that enable hyperpersonalized customer experiences.

Responsibilities

•  Platform Development: Design and develop scalable web applications to support experimentation and decision-making workflows.
• Frontend Engineering: Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js or similar.
• Backend Engineering: Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and business logic using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Database Design: Create and optimize data models to support experimentation and personalization, using databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with data science teams to integrate AI/ML models into the platform seamlessly.
• System Reliability: Ensure high system availability, security, and scalability.
• Collaborative Development: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to turn ideas into impactful features.
• Testing & Maintenance: Implement testing pipelines and address production issues proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, preferably building Agentic/SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong expertise in backend development using Node.js, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases and schema design.
• Experience integrating APIs, working with data pipelines, and building scalable microservices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable code.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with tools for experimentation platforms, such as A/B testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with decision intelligence or personalization engines.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and real-time data streaming technologies.
• Experience working with AI/ML integrations.
