What You’ll Do:

  • Develop tailored growth strategies that leverage data analytics and emerging technologies.
  • Provide insights on marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and P&L optimization.
  • Mentor and guide teams to achieve measurable outcomes and long-term success.


What We’re Looking For:


  • 4+ years of experience in a growth-focused role (eCommerce, Retail, or SaaS preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Proven track record in scaling businesses or brands.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change quickly.
