Responsibilities:

● Train & manage the design team

● Own the sales results for the respective teams

● Conduct stringent review of each team member

● Help identify prospects & close them

● Give constant feedback on what we can do to improve sales

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree

● 2+ years of sales experience

● Strong work ethic and communication skills

● 2+ Years managerial experience

● Design background preferable but not mandatory

● Multilingual is a bonus

Must Have: Should be from wedding / events company / Hospitality

Note :- Need Strong Sales Experience
