Job requirements and responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the aftermarket segment for ADAS products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at automotive dealerships, repair shops, and aftermarket retailers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Drive revenue growth by actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our ADAS solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including timely responses to inquiries and addressing customer concerns.
- Devise and execute a Strategic Sales strategy targeting the ‘turnkey solutions’ space built around ADAS and their applications to obtain large value orders with high margins
- Handling the Pre sales function and ensuring quality proposals are shared with customer timely.
- Primary responsibility is to manage sales and operations for aftermarket product. The incumbent need to have proven track record of leadership excellence & hands-on management experience with strong technical background and an entrepreneurial spirit in order to come up with new ideas and implement the same.
