Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Fashion Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and the ability to curate compelling product assortments. You will play a crucial role in maximizing sales and ensuring our product offerings resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing of fabric and accessories.

Collaborate with designers and buyers to develop seasonal collections that align with brand strategy.

Plan and execute merchandising strategies to enhance production processes.

Monitor inventory levels, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

Prepare reports on sales trends and customer feedback to inform future merchandising strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in fashion merchandising or retail buying.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
