Qualifications

●      5+ years working experience executing large scale deployments on a broad array of services within AWS cloud (EC2, RDS, DocumentDB, DynamoDB, Aurora, DMS, ECS, EKS, S3, Athena, Kinesis, MSK, CloudFront, etc.)

●      3+ years’ experience as a senior engineer providing CloudOps and DevOps capabilities within a globally distributed SaaS organization

●      5+ years working with SQL databases such as Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB, etc.

●      3+ years working experience building and running containerized workloads with Amazon ECS

●      2+ years working experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, AWS CDK, or similar tools.

●      2+ years working experience with implementing, maintaining CI/CD Pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tool sets as part of a GitOps implementation

●      Experience with Git, GitHub Actions, and GitOps workflows.

●      Strong language skills with bash/zsh shell and at least one of Python, Node/Javascript, Go, or Java

●      Practical experience running with security requirements (e.g., SOC2, GDPR) applied to workloads in cloud environments
