Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will

have extensive experience in automation using Selenium, machine learning model

development, data prediction, and Excel automation using macros. You will be responsible

for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions that drive efficiency and

innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

 Automation Development:

o Design and implement automated scripts and tools to streamline

various business processes

o Develop custom automation solutions using Python and Selenium to

improve workflow efficiency

o Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts and tools

o Perform web scraping and automated testing using Selenium

 Machine Learning & Data Prediction:

o Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve

business problems

o Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and predict

future trends

o Continuously improve the performance and accuracy of ML models

 Excel Automation & Macros:

o Develop and maintain complex macros for Excel to automate repetitive tasks

o Integrate Python with Excel for enhanced data processing and

reporting capabilities

o Optimize Excel automation processes to ensure reliability and speed

Qualifications:



 Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or

a related field, or advanced degree / certifications in relevant areas is a

plus

o 3+ years of experience in Python development, particularly in automation

and scripting

o Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models

o Hands-on experience with data prediction, analysis, and visualization

o Proficient in creating and managing Excel macros for automation

o Experience using Selenium for web automation and testing

 Technical Skills:

o Strong programming skills in Python

o Experience with Selenium for web automation and testing

o Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g.,

TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch)

o Proficiency in working with data manipulation and analysis libraries

(e.g., Pandas, NumPy)

o Knowledge of Excel VBA for macro development and automation

o Familiarity with integrating Python with Excel (e.g., using libraries like

openpyxl, xlrd, xlwt)

 Soft Skills:

o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills

o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

o Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deploying ML

models in production

o Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)

o Experience with data extraction techniques, including web scraping,

API integration, and working with unstructured data
