
Co-Founder and CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) for Nature's Elements (www.natureselements.in)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and driven Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and expand our offline sales channels. As the CMO, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that will drive offline sales, build relationships with distributors, and expand Nature’s Elements into physical retail markets. This is a unique opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and experience in sales and marketing, who is passionate about natural products and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build & Scale Offline Sales Channels:
Develop and implement strategies to grow Nature’s Elements' presence in retail outlets, health stores, and supermarkets.
Identify and secure partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Establish a national distribution network and sales pipeline for product penetration in key markets.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
Create sales plans, promotional strategies, and pricing models to meet revenue targets.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors and retail partners.
Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics to optimize product placement and performance.
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Build and lead a sales team, including field sales agents and regional sales managers.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align offline sales initiatives with brand positioning.
Train and motivate the sales force to drive results and meet growth objectives.
4. Market Expansion & Brand Presence:
Explore opportunities to expand the brand's presence in new geographical regions and retail segments.
Design and execute offline marketing campaigns, product promotions, and activations to drive awareness and sales.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and report on key sales metrics and revenue growth.
Monitor customer feedback and market changes to refine and improve sales approaches.
Develop budgets and forecasts for offline sales initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the FMCG, natural products, or health and wellness industry.
Strong understanding of retail distribution networks, particularly in offline and traditional sales channels.
