Job Description:

 

Responsible for DSP firmware development of Rectifier products. Handle& solve market plus production problems/ Issues. Ensure successful implementation of other work assigned by superior supervisor. 

 

Manage multiple projects & coordinate the interface with other international design teams.

Develop project requirements, estimations, and detailed development schedules. Develop and Execute detailed level software design documents based on project requirements. Develop software using C / C++. Participate and ensure peer code review as a normal step in the development process. Recommend plans to improve software quality in products.

 

 

Job Specifications:

• Bachelors in Electronics Engineering or Equivalent qualification or Specialization in electric power electronics/ automatic control / similar major

 

• 3-4 years of experience in embedded software development 

 

• Experience in development of firmware of power electronic products

 

• Experience in C, C + + programming

 

• Familiar with control theory, analog, digital & electric

 

• Must have good mathematical foundation, abstract & analytical ability, strong research ability

 

• Familiar with new power electronics technology

 

• In-depth understanding of TI's DSP models

 

• Experience on configuration management tools like Git

 

• Successful track record in leading multiple projects simultaneously in different locations.

 

• Good working & thinking ability, strong expression skills, & solve problems independently

 

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

 

• Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision

 

• Excellent Interpersonal skills & ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
