We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Automation Engineer with 3-4 years of experience specializing in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality standards in our commerce solutions through thorough testing and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement QA processes related to Commerce, ensuring all activities align with project timelines and deliverables.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of SFCC commerce features, validating that they meet business requirements and function as expected.
• Conduct final testing and validation before project sign-off, ensuring criteria are met for successful deployment and release.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders, serving as a point of contact for QA-related inquiries and issues.
• Adhere to industry-standard best practices for QA processes, continuously improving and optimizing testing methodologies.
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot issues during testing, working closely with the development team to resolve defects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases in qTest, ensuring they cover all functional and non-functional requirements.
• Utilize JIRA for tracking and managing defects, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Utilize TOSCA for test automation, creating, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Participate in automation testing, ensuring efficient and effective test coverage through automation tools.

Required Attributes:

● Understanding of SFCC: Deep knowledge of SFCC project requirements and objectives.

● Accuracy in Testing: High accuracy in testing processes to achieve comprehensive coverage of all scenarios.

● Efficient Reporting: Efficiency in test execution and reporting, with strong communication skills for team collaboration.

● Documentation Skills: Detailed documentation of all QA activities, adhering to established protocols.

● Proficiency in QA Tools: Strong proficiency in QA tools, particularly qTest, TOSCA, and JIRA, with a commitment to staying updated on SFCC and QA trends.

● Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills to effectively identify and resolve issues.

Experience:

● 3-4 years of Quality Assurance experience with a focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
