Job Description:

7-10 Years of experience in Consulting or supply chain management. He/she would be responsible for Sales, onboarding new clients through the sales cycle of 2-6 months. Focus on sales to OEMs/ FMCG/ Consumer Durables. Average ticket size of 10kto 50k devices in 2 years

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish clear client acquisition to delivery processes Business growth and profitability by maximizing value
  • Responsible for Consultative selling.
  • Owning account acquisition and retention of accounts by driving customer relationships that build advocacy in the form of direct revenue growth (i.e., product penetration, user growth, issue resolution, software renewals, NPS, etc.)
  • Data and process driven approach
  • Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
  • Promote the value of the product
  • Upsell services and products with the brand image
  • Interact with internal stakeholders for maximizing customer experience.
  • Work closely with the Management initiating and implementing policies and procedures to devise solutions specific to the customers and facilitate delivery .
