Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Primespace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating/tracking leads, arranging site visits, understanding client requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and property partners.


This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.


Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Lead Management:

   - Call all leads promptly and consistently to schedule site visits (15 visits per week) 

   - Ensure a high conversion rate from leads to site visits.


2. Client Requirement Analysis:

   - Understand the specific requirements of clients through effective questioning and active listening.

   - Pitch appropriate properties that align with the client's needs and preferences.


3. Site Visits Assistance:

   - Accompany potential clients on-site visits occasionally to provide insights and answer queries.


4. Weekly Site Visit Lineup:

   - Create and maintain a weekly schedule of site visits to showcase properties to potential clients.


5. Follow-up and Client Queries:

   - Diligently follow up with leads and clients to address queries and provide additional information as needed.

   

6. Data Management:

   - Record details of daily calls, interactions, and next steps in an Excel sheet for proper tracking and follow-up.


7. Onboarding Support:

   - Assist in onboarding new property partners and ensure they are integrated smoothly into our sales processes.


8. Communication and Coordination:

   - Facilitate smooth communication and information flow between clients and the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations.


Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the real estate industry is good to have

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM software 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and goals.
