<< Below is the detailed JD for the ED’s office role:-
a. Analyzing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth
b. Facilitating extensive reviews of Sales, PMG, Manufacturing, Profitability, SCM, and other support functions on behalf of the Management.
c. Provide regular reports and updates to the ED on the progress of various initiatives and performance metrics.
d. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation.
f. Utilize the ED's office to implement, fast-track, and enforce the required rigor for all initiatives. Ensure timely execution and adherence to strategic objectives/priorities.
g. Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the organization's performance.
h. Provide high-level administrative support to ED, including managing schedules, preparing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
i. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents for ED. Act as a liaison between the ED and other executives, staff, and external partners. Handle confidential information with discretion.
Must have Skills:
a. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
b. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
c. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification – CA / MBA Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business process improvement or a related role. >>
