Mandatory cert

IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional

5 - 8 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis

Functional knowledge in Margin Lending Collateral Management domain

Have understanding of Broadridge products knowledge will be added advantage

Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical interpretive and problem solving techniques

Consult with business end users to solve complex system issues problems through in depth evaluation of business processes systems and industry standards and recommends solutions

Analyse business processes gaps in capabilities as well as appropriate data sources interfaces and process changes required to address capability gaps

Ability to understand current system and write functional specification for new enhancements

Proven interpersonal data analysis influencing planning and prioritization skills

Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

Good data analysis skills with SQL query and overall understanding of application works
