Core Responsibilities and Work Duties:


Build Relations with Prospective Customers through Phone, Email, Social platforms like LinkedIn

Set up Meetings and Appointments for your Manager and Development Team

Customer Engagement: Follow up on Emails to educate Prospects on our Solutions & Specialty.

Research Customer profile to understand and build a case/scenario and develop a storyline.

Lead Generation: Ask for Referrals, Research for new prospects through competitor study etc.

Cold Calling and Email Campaigns and Social Engagement.


Job Description:


Hunt and Generate Appointments through Email Campaigns and Follow up to the Emails and arrange Initial Demo for Technical Team.

Warm Calls to Prospects and introducing Company Product Line, Solutions Services, Products etc.

Responding to RFIs and RFQs as an initial contact and refer it to Line Manager for further action.

Provide a first level contact and support to Customers and Prospects.

Update customer details and interactions in the CRM


Qualification:


Graduate/Masters who possess excellent communication skills with an ability to work in a global business environment.

Clear, Fluent and Neutral English speaking with good grammar and correct pronunciation. No MTI and Vernacular accent.

6 months to 1 year of experience in an International BPO will be preferable.

If from BPO then experience in Ticketing and Hospitality would be an advantage.
