Roles and Responsibilities: 

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential industrial clients and market trends.

• Develop strategic business plans to penetrate and expand the industrial sales segment.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Generate new business leads through targeted prospecting and networking within the industrial sector.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation campaigns.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for industrial products and services.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the industrial segment.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the product development team to align product offerings with the needs of the industrial market.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.

Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation:

• Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to the unique requirements of industrial clients.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and opportunities for improvement.


Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Requirements: 3-5 years of proven experience in industrial sales within the HVAC or related manufacturing industry.
