Objective - Build business by Identifying Prospects, Lead Generation, Sales Closers, Maintaining relationship with clients.

 

About the role -

Experience in Direct and Channel Sales business & candidate will be involved in following:

  • Target oriented candidate - will be responsible to generate 90L Business and 3-5L Revenue  
  • Must be smart, patience, soft spoken with excellent communication
  • 2-3 activities / events every month for prospect and lead generation with the help of the team.
  • Preparing & monitoring business plan periodically, monthly and yearly 
  • Performing lead generating activity based on business plan all team members 
  • Preparing responses of own and team members 
  • Generating direct & channel business from Indore & upcountry market 
  • Arranging client / dealers’ workshops for sales generation
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their business requirements.
  • Good sales & marketing and team lead skills
  • Ability to engage customers with knowledge base products and generate sales

 

Knowledge -

  • Must understand the market they are operating in.
  • Must have in depth product knowledge and the benefits it offers to customers.
  • Should have good understanding of the organization's policies and processes related to customer and partner.
  • Should have good knowledge of MS Office and other similar productivity tools.
  • Should have a fair understanding the technology landscape.

 

Skills & Qualifications -

  • Candidate must be Graduate or Postgraduate
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Good training/coaching/mentoring skills
  • Good planning and implementation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good presentation and documentation skills
  • Good decision-making skills 

Ability to prepare MIS Reports with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
