Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated PHP Developer Intern to join our dynamic team at CollegeSearch. As a PHP Developer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that contribute to the enhancement of our platform, helping students worldwide in their quest for higher education.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain PHP-based web applications.
2. Assist in the implementation of new features and functionalities on the CollegeSearch platform.
3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
4. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
5. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
6. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or currently pursuing).
2. Solid understanding of PHP programming language and its ecosystem.
3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
4. Familiarity with web development frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony is a plus.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
