Minimum qualifications:     

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in supporting customers, operating in a diverse, technical workforce with 24/7 systems support OR Equivalent Experience.  
• Hands on with atleast one coding languages (C++, C#, Java) and/or scripting (Powershell, Python, Perl)  
• Great troubleshooting skills 
• Detail-oriented approach to root causing issues, data analysis, problem solving, and debugging.   
• Excellent communication skills spanning a broad audience from senior executives to customers.   

 Preferred qualifications:    

• 2+ Years of IT Operations Experience.  
• Experience in supporting services in managing the upkeep of systems 24x7 teams and On-Call rotations.   
• Good knowledge of Azure Data Explorer like database query languages (Kusto, Cosmos and SQL)  
• Experience in Reporting tools like PowerBI, knowledge in monitoring tools  
• Experience with ITIL Foundation, good troubleshooting skills applying a service oriented and customer obsession mindset.  
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines   
• Passion for driving, improving, and helping to implement security and business continuity solutions.
