• 1-3 years of experience in Data Science preferably with financial services clients
• Engineering graduates (4-year course) or master’s degree in a relevant field – Computer Science / Statistics / Data Science / Econometrics / Economics from a reputed institute
• Proven experience in developing ML and statistical models
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Scala
• Any experience in Generative AI is a plus.
• Proficiency in any one of the Cloud solutions – Azure, GCP or AWS
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms (Decision trees, Random Forest, XGBoost, etc), deep learning models, and statistical modeling techniques 
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Strong written and oral communication skills
