Job Description

We are looking to fill the position of an Analyst – Energy Storage Technologies who will be responsible for helping our clients with designing of low and medium Li ion battery packs, set up manufacturing and testing facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Performance evaluation of different cells from different suppliers
• Evaluate different battery pack designs for customers
• Convert client requirement into battery pack design
• Develop battery pack drawings on CREO or similar tools
• Develop test plans for performance evaluation of cells, BMS and battery packs
• Develop prototype from conceptualization stage
• Develop manufacturing plan as per the required design of the battery packs
• Evaluate thermal stability of designs and prototypes

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics is preferred
• Min 3 years’ experience in Battery pack manufacturing, development, R&D
• Battery testing (Neware, Ador, etc.)
• Designing (CREO, CAD, etc.)
• Experience in developing battery packs preferably for 2W and Stationary applications
• Experience of working on design software
• Battery pack testing
• Attention to detail is essential
• The candidate should have excellent planning and time management skills
• The candidate must possess a scientific bent of mind and excellent analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary for discussion with other team members as well as with clients. 
• Experience in working on EV drive trains and designs
