Responsibilities:

Work with the business stakeholder in gathering business requirements for data migration needs

Work across multiple functional teams to understand data usage and implications for data migration

Prepare data migration plans including migration risk, milestones, quality, and business sign-off details

Develop best practice, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities

Requirements:

3-6 Years of relevant experience in handling Salesforce/ Cloud CRM data/org migration

Same job available in 7 locations 

Good understanding of CRM, RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL, Data Profiling, Data migration & data governance

Good understanding on python as a programing language

Should understand Salesforce API limits and concurrent limits

Understanding of Salesforce Data cloud will be a bonus

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, good experience in gathering business requirement, drive design discussions from USI and guides Functional Team in decision making for Data mgmt. activities.

Extensive experience working across teams and operating in an Agile Scrum culture

A firm sense of accountability and ownership

Passionate for making things better and driving action. Desire to understand businesses and users
