Research Operations Intern - India

• As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to contribute to research projects from inception to completion, facilitating valuable insights from research participants to enhance leading-edge technology products.

• In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our research project strategy and processes. Our research projects vary in size and duration, ranging from small-scale studies involving 10 users to larger-scale initiatives spanning 300+ users and lasting from 3 days to 8 weeks.

• This position offers remote work flexibility, with work hours overlapping partially with US Mountain Time in the evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Research Operations team members to plan and execute research projects in alignment with customer requirements, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
• Track study participants throughout the project lifecycle, providing support and guidance to individuals encountering challenges or delays in completing research tasks.
• Assist UX researchers in data coding and analysis as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Graduated in 2023 or expected to graduate in 2024.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable utilizing emerging technologies and various software systems.
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications.
• Adaptability to evolving and ambiguous work environments.
• Prior experience supporting user experience research, market research, or collaborating with technical teams is advantageous but not mandatory.

This is a high-priority position, and we are looking for candidates available to start in February. The internship duration is two months, full-time, with a stipend of INR 25,000 per month.
