Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of our AI-driven HRtech platform.

- Design and implement NLP models to enhance the platform's ability to match job descriptions with resumes.

- Work on feature extraction, sentiment analysis, and other NLP techniques to optimize system performance.

- Participate in data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and AI technologies.

Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a Tier-1 college.

- Strong foundation in AI concepts with a focus on NLP.

- Hands-on experience with NLP libraries and frameworks (NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow, etc.).

- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model evaluation.

- Excellent programming skills, preferably in Python.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
