OrgLeap is a boutique Agile Consulting firm helping organizations in their digital transformation joyrneys by providing bespoke Agile solutions via expert transformation consultants.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a transformation consultant at OrgLeap. The transformation consultant or an Orgleap Agile Coach will be responsible for

1. Helping organisations in their Digital Transformation journey with the focus on culture and employees.

2. Enabling the strategy implementations in the departments, and helping the leaders in the strategy process. Helping with the scaled agile transformations.

3.Guiding and coaching teams and organizations on Agile principles and practices to improve overall efficiency and performance.

4. Facilitating various workshops, provide mentorship to team members, and help creating the right mindset.

5. Leading Change Management in the departments/ Business units while working with all levels in the entire portfolio.

This is a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Bengaluru but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Ability to work with cross-functional and diverse teams

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Experience in software development or project management is a plus

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
