• Should be playing the role of Lead in his/her current employer (Note: In current role will not have people responsibilities) in managing all the day to day testing activities and deliverables. 
• Hands on experience in API Testing, Test environments, Infrastructure.
• Ability to lead the Defect triage meetings, SCRUM meetings, work with various stakeholders on the testing aspects, develop test strategy documents, plans, roadmaps, create various metrics, JIRA boards etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues faced by the QA team and provide resolutions or work with other teams to get it resolved. Work effective with QA manager, executive management on various aspects related to testing and production.
